What can I use to spray & fertilizer my young cottonwood tree. Both were planted at same time. One tree has leaves that just started falling off & looks like it is dying.

It sounds like the tree is stressed, and we wouldn’t recommend putting fertilizer on a stressed tree. If it’s dropping leaves, it may need more water at once than it is getting now.
